Voicemail service not available
Phone: HTC A9
When accessing voicemail I get the "Service Not Available" message. It has been this way for the last 5 days ...
This is the first time this has happened in the last 4 years.
Thank you ...

@Kdhill1723 I called 611 on my phone, spoke to an ATT tech rep and within 5 minutes was able to set up my new voicemail. No problems with it no

@richardphart my voicemail previously wasn't working and after having it reset it works again. That seems like a solution to me?

@Vanovanes. Hopefully more people will try that if they don't want to call in and get it reset. I don't use visual voicemail so that has been disabled on my phone since I bought it a year ago.

@richardphart . Check out Vanovanes suggestion. Work around or not, I was able to get in to my messages finally.

I have this same issue but calling my voicemail is also not working. My cellular data is on, and I reset my Network Settings.

I am very disappointed that this has still not been resolved and that users were never informed of this until we figured out the problem for ourselves. Shame on AT&T. Would love to take my business elsewhere but $25 reimbursement is nothing compared to early termination.

I agree that the customer service reps should all be aware of something like this. That's poor communication within AT&T and really inexcusable considering how widespread this problem is. I also agree that AT&T should notify customers of problems, but I see why they don't because problems rarely affect everyone on the network equally. Even in this thread, we had people saying their significant other's VM worked while theirs didn't so if AT&T sent out an email saying there was a problem with VM, the lines would be flooded with people who didn't have VM problems panicking because they got the email.
