Voicemail service not available
Phone: HTC A9
When accessing voicemail I get the "Service Not Available" message. It has been this way for the last 5 days ...
This is the first time this has happened in the last 4 years.

My wife and I both have iPhones, I still have a 6s. I think my voicemail crashed after upgrading to 13.1.3.

My wife and I both have iPhones. Mine is a 6s, Her's is newer. I think I lost voicemail when I upgraded to 13.1.3.

I sent a message to the FCC yesterday. Today my voicemail has been hit and miss. Works one minute and then doesn't.

This is not a solution. It is a workaround. I'm without voicemail for 2 days now.

I figured it out.
Find APPs in settings,
Find and select Visual Voicemail
Disable it and then Enable it
Then restart the phone.
Worked for me.

Today, I can’t access my voicemail. When I access it it only says call voicemail. People can leave me messages but I can’t see or retrieve them. When I call my voice mailbox it say service not available. I have tried all the suggested troubleshooting
