Voicemail service not available

Phone:  HTC A9

 

When accessing voicemail I get the "Service Not Available" message.  It has been this way for the last 5 days ...

This is the first time this has happened in the last 4 years.

I have galaxy s8+ and I also have the same issues with the voicemail. Anyone get an answer how to fix this issue 😞

I was just on the phone with AT&T support from 8:30p.m. to 11 and spoke to 4 different people from Assurian trying to fix this issue and no one could fix it, the last guy I spoke to (Michael) "advance tech" said the issue has been ongoing since Sept, 25th, 2019 and its issues is coming from Charlotte, N.C.. Hmm, well I'm in S.C.. I still don't get it. Hopefully they will fix it sooner than later :(.

Same - sat on hold for 40 mins without a rep coming back to check on me. Finally hung up. Called again - 30 mins hold, no resolution. Called again - 25 mins hold (said 10). Chatted with a rep and all he could say was, "it's a NC-SC-VA problem and thats all we know". I have multiple medical VMs on my phone to access. 

 

Maybe ATT should concentrate more on wireless service instead of expanding its offerings.

I am having the same issue on multiple phones on my account.  I wish AT&T would work as hard on providing quality service to existing customers as they do trying to get new customers.  Then they may not lose as many customers.

I've been having the same issue with my S10+ for at least a week now, neither store personnel nor 611 here have been able to make any progress. Even was told to get a new sim card (which didn't work any better).

Keep  getting the 'try it  in 24-48 hours' response.

They claim it's a 'trending issue', so tech support won't work with me any further until it's no longer trending.

I'm in Raleigh, NC, and they say the issue is within the NC/SC area.
