Voice calls not working on OnePlus 10R 5G
I recently switched to OnePlus 10R 5G device but the voice calls don't seem to work with my AT&T SIM. However, SMS and data seem to work fine. I know that AT&T supports OnePlus devices. Can somebody from AT&T help me out? I have a postpaid number.

The 10R is not compatible with AT&t

Checking the specifications and LTE bands, it is not compatible with any US service provider. Although T-Mobile may allow it to work even though it may not get service everywhere

You will notice that the OnePlus "R" line is not USA supported.
The Nord line and The North American versions of OnePlus devices are supported.
Without band 13 for Verizon, band 12 or 17 for AT&T and T-Mobile, the phone should be refused service in the USA
3G services been shut off by all major carriers and most small carriers who use the majors for service. This means phones must be capable, per FCC requirements, of making voice calls over the LTE network. The phone you have selected is not.
