Update Problems

My Samsung Galaxy S6 Active shows a red exclamation point next to software update under settings. After clicking on software update there are 2 options; check for update and continue update ( with the continue update being greyed out and unable to select it). When clicking on check for update it says that device is up to date. My current version is 7.0.1 Nougat. How do I find the most current update available? What do I need to do to get the red exclamation point to go away?

We can help with that, @AYates!

The current software release for the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active is the Android 7.0.1 Nougat. We advise to try resolving your experience by following these instructions to perform an alternative reset on your phone. For a more personalized experience, make sure to sign in to your AT&T account.

We hope this info helps.
