Excellent question! I will be more than happy to help you un-sync your tablet with your phone.
Depending on what method you are using to sync the devices, there are a couple ways to cut the connection between the two devices. If you are using NumberSync between the two devices, you can use our wonderful support article to help remove the NumberSync feature on your tablet.
If you are having an email account sync across the devices, you can remove the email account in Settings > Accounts or manage the settings and turn syncing off through there as well. This way the profile will remain on the device but will not update with new synced information.
