Unlocking

If AT&T has unlocked my Android phone & IPad, does that mean they are factory unlocked also ????

Unlocked by AT&T means your AT&T branded device can now use other mobile service provider when the network frequencies are compatible. Not sure what you meant by factory unlock.

@Dreamer320  Factory unlocked would mean not ever locked to any carrier.    An ATT unlocked phone is “carrierunlocked”.
