Unlocking an ZTE AXON M
I reside in the Czech Republic and since my eyes are getting bad, wanted to purchase one of your cell phones ZTE AXON M Z999. I have done so via e Bay [EDITED] and the unit came, but was locked to an ATT service provider. I have tried your unlocking website, but answer came :: IMEI provided is not an AT&T IMEI".
I can not understand, since only ATT had the rights to sell this type of a cellphone and the unit is locked. it must be an ATT locked unit and IMEI.

We hate to hear that your having trouble with unlocking your phone. Allow us to point you in the right direction.
Please know that if your cellphone was purchased from a 3rd-party retailer (Ebay), you would have to contact the seller of the device to have them submit a unlock request on your behalf.
