Where will my request number come to on my go phone that has not been activated yet? I am not an AT&T customer

Thanks for reaching out to the Community Forums for some assistance. I’d be more than happy to help you with your device unlock request. Usually, when you submit an unlock request, you’re provided with the request number on device unlock portal. You’ll also receive a confirmation email to the address you provide. This email should contain information about your request.
