I do understand how important it is to have your device unlocked, and I am more than happy to assist with this!
The first thing I will suggest is going to our device unlock web page and filling out the info there. You will want to select Unlock Your Device> select Yes or No if you are an AT&T wireless customer. It will also ask for your IMEI. The device unlock will take up to 48 hours to process
I am also going to reach out to you via private message to ensure your issue gets resolved. Please keep an eye out for it, it will be in the upper right corner of the screen.
