UNLOCK ZTE Z831 O UNLOCK COUNT

Welcome to the Community Forums! Unlocking a phone is a great thing to do. This will allow it to be used on almost any wireless network. I use my unlocked phone while traveling. I am more than happy to help with this today!

Please send me a private message to @ATTCares with the phone’s IMEI number (found by dialing  *  #  0 6  #), the unlock code, your full name, the AT&T wireless number, account number, and the unlock request number.

 Hello I am having the same issue with a ZTE z835.
YOU STILL HAVE 0 TIMES TO UNLOCK THE DEVICE.

If you have entered the wrong number multiple times and have no more attemps because you did not get an unlock code from AT&T, the phone is now permanently locked  and cannot be unlocked .

What you should have done was come here first and ask, "how do I unlock my phone for use with another service provider?" 

We would have given you the link to the unlock portal.

Too late now. 

Since your phone is permanently locked, you cannot use it with a non AT&T SIM card
