unlock status "In progress"

I am waiting 5 days and it does not change the current unlock status, what can I do?

We can definitely provide you with some more information about the device unlock process. It can take up to 2 business days for us to respond to your device unlock request. If you submitted your unlock request less than 2 business days ago, please wait some additional time and Check the status of your device unlock request again. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

The unlock status for my phone has said "in progress for 5 business days.  I have waited long past the time you indicate is necessary for the device to be approved for unlock.  Please tell me how to proceed

I am having same problem. My request status In Progress more than 5 business days.  When i tried to submit new request. it's says. there is request already in progress.
