Unlock screen not appearing after receiving code
We purchased a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S21 5G from a third party website. After realizing our phone needed to be unlocked by the previous carrier (AT&T) We received an unlock code and followed the steps to input said code. However, when powering the phone back on, there is no code input screen after we inserted our carriers SIM card (Mint Mobile). Please help as this is incredibly frustrating
