Unlock request in limbo

I sent unlock request through at&t the request was approved but the number did not work. I had put wrong imei in on the request.  I submitted  new request ut never got email for confirmation receivwd email that it canceled out because I did not respond in 24 hours.  Now any new request indicates that I still have a request processing.  When I check status it says the request canceled.  The system is hung up on this process and u can't do anything

Would you kindly provide us with a few more details, so that we can better assist you?

  • Where did you purchase your wireless device from exactly?
  • What is the make and model of the wireless device that you're trying to have unlocked?
  • Was the wireless device active on your AT&T PREPAID account for at least 6 months, or was it active on your postpaid wireless account for at least 60 days?
  • Also, does your wireless device meet the rest of our Unlock eligibility requirements that are listed at the link provided?
