Unlock Request Email Confirmation did not received

I've check my all mail folders and no confirmation email was received. 

 

When I check the status of my unlock, it's telling me to click on the link in the confirmation email which I never received. Link will expires in 24 hr and try again. Tried and never receive any confirmation email. 

 

I see alot of people on the forum are experiencing the same issue. 

Please help

Hello @trungnguyen,

 

We can definitely take a closer look into why you have not received your unlock request confirmation email. It can take up to 2 business days for us to respond to your device unlock request. Check back if you filed your unlock request in less than 2 business days. Because the link in your confirmation email expires in 24 hours, you will need to submit another wireless unlock request on our Device Unlock Portal if that amount of time has already passed. Let us know if you do not receive your confirmation email again and we'll be happy to help.

it has been 29 hours and the link did not expires. 

This is the message i get when I try to unlock again. 

 

"Looks like we're already processing a request for this IMEI. Check your request status for more info." 

 

and this is what I get when I check the status:

 

Current status - Pending
  • It looks like you haven't confirmed so we hit pause on your unlock request. Use the link in the email we sent you and we'll get back to business.

    Can't find the email? Check your spam folder or submit a new request.

I finally got my unlock code from an att agent via online live chat. Screw the email system.

I have the same issue, i already made two requests and didn't received confirmation link which expires in 24 hr. What is the problem with your service?

On your att mobile app, under att support center, click get help. Scroll down, under want live help, click contact us, choose mobile phone, then click on chat live bubble when it pops up... An agent will send you unlock code if your device is eligible for unlock.
