Hello
I'm trying to unlock my device but I already cancelled my AT and T account a few months ago.
When I try to unlock it, the website tells me that I have a bill unpaid, and that's not the case.
I went on my client account and it says that the account was closes and there's no bill left.
How can I do to unlock it ?

Call AT&T and find out if you do indeed owe them anything.

Depending on how long ago you switched service providers and canceled service, you may have had a bill that after 60 days would have been sent to collections.

Thanks for your message. I had closed my account more than 60 days ago, and when I'm going on my account, it clearly said : no bills left.
