Unlock my device
I can't unlock my samsung note 10plus (which has been paid off) because AT&T claim the IMEI number dosn't match a compatible device. This is the error message that I have been getting
"Your unlock request was denied because the IMEI number doesn’t match a device that’s compatible with the AT&T network.
Check the IMEI number by dialing *#06#, or check the device settings, and then submit a new request.
I checked the IMEI number many times and it is correct. The device gives me the same correct number either when I look it up through device settings or when I dial *#06#. This iPhone - purchased through bestbuy and activated through AT&T - was on a 30 months plan and is now paid off.
I really need to unlock this phone. Customer service can't or won't help. Why can't this issue not be fixed by a simple phone call?

"purchased through bestbuy and activated through AT&T"
Can't be positive, but I think that's your problem right there. If it didn't come straight from AT&T, it's dodgy if they ever got the IMEI deep enough into their system to generate an unlock code for you.

Hello @mausam.
We'd be happy to help look into your device unlock concerns!
To confirm, is your Samsung device showing up as an iPhone through IMEI?
Are you currently an AT&T wireless account holder?
Please ensure your device is an AT&T branded device before
proceeding. AT&T only unlocks AT&T branded devices. The AT&T logo should appear
somewhere on the device (above the display, on the back, or under the battery).
In the meantime, confirm that the device meets all Eligibility Requirements, so we can mark this off the checklist when determining your devices status.
