Unlock LG k371 Phoenix 2

I received my unlock code from at&t and followed the directions but after the device turns on with the foreign sim nothing happens.... There is no dialog asking for the NCK... I've tried a good deal of the dialer codes for LG but none of them bring up the prompt... Is there any way at all to do this? This has literally been the most trouble phone I have ever had, straight from the box... Right now I am trying to unlock it with the original sim since it's already an impossible task.

This dealer code should work to access the Sim information. I have an ATT LG phoenix 2 as well. dial 2945#*371#

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues while attempting to unlock your Phoenix 2. I will be happy to assist you and ensure you get your phone unlocked!


I went ahead and used one of our resources which has a helpful guide containing unlock code instructions. I was not able to locate the LG phoenix 2 within the list.


With the alternate SIM card in the phone, does your device show signal at all? As it may already be unlocked if you are not receiving any prompts.

The usual reason for a pop-up not appearing for you to enter your unlock code, is it is not needed because you are using an AT&T mvno. AT&T locked phones will work on AT&T mvnos/mvnos that use at&t sim cards.
