Unlock code 0

I set up the unlock request and it came back approved, but gave me a code of 0. I have read others had this issue so I PM'd community support but I have yet to receive a response. Did i do this backwards? its been 2 days and I still have no idea what more I can do. I am not an ATT customer but I have a phone I would like to use and would appreciate some assistance in getting this solved thanks.
