Unlock approved but it says unlock not sent

Hi, I've tried unlocking my Pixel 7 from AT&T it got approved, the problem is the email says unlock not sent.

Use these instructions and this code from your device's manufacturer to unlock your device.

 

Your unlock code: UNLOCK_NOT_SENT

 

Your unlock instructions: ${masterData.unlockInstruction}

The pixel is an odd duck It does not require an unlock code.

But there should have been instructions on how to unlock the phone.

Follow the directions below exactly!

I have tried the above picture.  still showing SIM CARD isn't supported.

From step 1 and then 2 but there wasn't any step 3 no carrier lock removed-unlock message

then I skip to Step 4 everything is enabled but there is no option showing Non AT&T data option data enable

What should i do now?

So You inserted the SIM card that is not an AT&T SIM, not from an AT&T MVNO but a competing carrier?   

And you are connected to Wi-Fi?

Can you explain this further? Do you have talk and text with a different service provider? If you do then the phone is unlocked and you just miss the message. You would have to program APN settings in order to use data on your new service provider. Or it might be as simple as resetting network settings ⚠️ which by the way will take you off of your current Wi-Fi connection.

Yes, I have inserted a non at &t sim which is a UK sim called Smarty and then connected it to the Wi-Fi it is showing Smarty but it is grey out  no calls and  message 

 i have shared some pictures hope this allowed

and the sim card is 100% working i have taken out from my other phone

Thanks for the pics.

My best guess is that AT&T did not complete the unlock on their end, Google does not have the notification, and therefore the unlock is not processing properly.

You can do the unlock request through AT&T again.   If that doesn't work you can file at FCC or better Business bureau complaint.   I suspect using the contact us link at the bottom of this web page is going to work if you're a non-customer.

Thank you very much. I attempted to make the unlock request with AT&T again, but it was showing approved again. But it is still the same as then I filed a complaint to the FCC. Last night at 7 p/m U.K TIME and let's see what is the response.
