Unable to Connect to Data but Calling and Text works.
Just switched off of a prepaid multi-line plan and started my own unlimited wireless plan. I used my current number and phone. Everything works minus I get the message "AT&T Free Message: Your attempt to connect to data service was unsuccessful. Please try again later" when trying to use data. I was already on the phone with customer service and we tried numerous tasks and still haven't fixed the issue. I even went back to the store and got a new sim card and that didn't fix it. Tested my phone with a working sim and the phone is working properly. Something with how my account was transfered from prepaid to a normal plan messed something up. I need to keep my number and need a solution to fix this. I heard possibly switching the number for my account and then switching it back to my original number would work. Any help on this would be great. Thanks
