Trouble receiving calls

Outgoing calls seem to work fine. Incoming calls give a busy signal.

@Angel8N8 not getting your incoming calls is frustrating but we are here to help and get you back on track,


In most cases, doing a power cycle off and back on with the device will help refresh the phone to the network. It's like treating your phone as a mini computer and rebooting every so often. 

If that doesn't work, we have a few questions for you:


  • What device specifically are you using?
  • Are you able to receive any calls at all or are all calls going to a busy signal?
  • Is the DND (do not disturb) function active on the device and showing a moon/crested moon in the top by the service bars or clock? DND functions will allow you to call outbound all day but the incoming will go to a busy or caller is not accepting calls message generally.
  • What is the zip code you are in? We can see if there are any impacting issues in the surrounding area.
  • Is your device software up to date? Android had a large OS release that started as early as April 2020 and some in May depending on the device.
