Hello @Dmulhall22, we hear you and understand the importance of interaction via Text Messages. We want to help you with this situation.

Let's start off with a few questions to narrow down this situation:

  1. Are you having issues with only text messages or true calls as well?
  2. Are other network users able to send you any text messages or call you?
  3. Are you facing this only at a certain location? does it happen even when you are connected to your Home WI-FI?
  4. Are you on an E-SIM or a Physical SIM? as there can be Hardware glitches with Physical SIMs.

You can try a few network troubleshooting steps:

1) Reset your network settings:

Android: You can reset your network settings as a whole, tap the “Reset Wi-Fi, Mobile & Bluetooth” or “Reset Network Settings” option, depending on your version of Android. You’ll need to confirm that you want to proceed. Tap “Reset Settings” to begin the process.

iPhone: Open the Settings app.

  1. Tap General.
  2. Scroll down to Transfer or Reset iPhone.
  3. Tap Reset.
  4. Tap Reset Network Settings.
  5. Enter your iPhone’s passcode.
  6. Tap the red Reset Network Settings button.

NOTE: After you complete the action, your iPhone will restart. Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, VPN and APN settings will be wiped from the device.

2) Turn airplane mode on or off, as this help in refreshing the network connection.

3) If you are on a Physical SIM, it would be better to be get an E-SIM to avoid any hardware glitches.

Please let us know if the situation still persists.
