Hello Aoplast, we're here to help with your LG K92.

We understand the importance of having the latest software. In order to update and verify software try these steps:

Update software

1. Make sure your device is fully charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
2. Swipe down from the Notification bar and select Settings.
3. Scroll to and select System, then About Phone.
4. Select Software Update, then Update now.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update.
6. The device automatically restarts once the new software successfully installs.

Verify software update

1. Swipe down from the Notification bar and select Settings.
2. Scroll to and select System, then About phone.
3. Select Software information.
4. If the Android and Software version don’t match the current update details; perform additional updated until they do.

If your still having trouble you can troubleshoot the software update.

• Visit Troubleshoot & Resolve to fix software update issues.
• After installing the software update, visit Troubleshoot & Resolve to fix any additional issues with your device or services.

i am unable to update my phone, i have tried everything it doesn't work it keeps saying up to date. my phone is running android 10 and the security patch is from 2021.
