Still waiting on a response for my device unlock request

I submitted a device unlock request on Oct. 20th, it is now the 27th and I still am seeing "Current status - IN-PROGRESS".  I met all the eligibility requirements for a device unlock, obviously my request hasn't been denied in the past week, it just appears to be stuck in some queue.  When I call customer service, they can't seem to answer my question as to why this request is still listed as "IN-PROGRESS" and they can't transfer me to a department that deals with device unlock requests since that is only handled online.  PLEASE HELP!!

We're here to help with your device unlock concerns.


Our technical team is aware and currently working on the portal.


For some users the portal will take longer to reset for a new request to be submitted if the confirmation email wasn't accepted within 24 hours.


The email shows in your inbox, but please make sure to check spam/junk folders as well.


At this time we recommend continuing to check the unlock status until you are able to submit a new request.
