sound notification for incoming emails

Hello bigragu54, let's get to the bottom of why you don't get a sound notification for incoming email notification.

What is the make and model of your device? This will be exact device support.

I'm sorry to hear that your notifications aren't being as vocal as they should be. No worries though, I have some ideas that will hopefully help out.

Firstly, we recommend making sure the Vibrate or Silent features are not enabled. To do this, you will:

1. Press the Volume keys located on the side of the device to adjust the volume.
2. Reduce the volume until the Vibrate icon appears to enable Vibrate mode. When Vibrate mode is active, the Vibrate icon will display in the notification bar.
3. Reduce the volume until the Silent icon appears to enable Silent mode. When Silent mode is active, the Silent mode icon will display in the notification bar.
4. Swipe down from the notification bar and tap the Settings icon.
5. To access additional volume settings, from the QUICK SETTINGS menu tap Sounds and Vibration.
6. Adjust settings as desired.
7. To change the notification sound, tap notification sound.
