Some texts to do not send for some contacts ONLY for SMS, receive works, MMS works
Several people are not getting my SMS texts(I found 2 iphone users) but I can recieve, and but a MMS works fine. I know its not their phone since I never see a log of the text in the usage report on ATT. Texts that do work, show up in usage. I know its not my phone since I tried another smart phone that I'm not using. (one phone is a Nexus 5, other is an HTC one.)
I spoke to ATT and they did in fact troubleshoot, resetting my account, but no effect. Could it be my sim?
Now I'm wondering who else isn't getting my texts...

I still haven't found anything out regarding this, I'm starting to wonder if more people are having this issue or if it's rather issolated it. If it's issolated, what could we have done to have caused this?

I think its an ATT backend issue, as I was texting the person, and then all of the sudden stopped recieving. Since then I have found at least one other person who I can't SMS and where MMS works fine, where its confirmed by the usage log that no SMS is sent out to THAT particular phone number
