Software update

My s9+ is still stuck on 8 i want to update it to the latest and newest software

Greetings @Kakina94!

 

In order to assist with your case we'll need to know more about your case. When attempting to update your phone, make sure that it's connected to Wi-Fi.

 

You will probably need to disable LTE:

  1. From your Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate to SettingsConnections > Data usage.
  3. Tap the Mobile data switch to off to disable.
  4. If prompted, tap Turn Off to confirm.
