Samsung S9 Plus Update

Is there any way to reverse the latest update on the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus? It is the absolute worst update. I can't see my messages or my calendar two things that I use daily. I would like to be able to look at my calander be able to tell what day falls on what.....Everything is just white.  Not to mention how everything has moved around. It's giving me a headache. Please just change it back.

We definitely understand how a device is not functioning properly as it should after a software update. We're happy to help!

 

At this moment , there aren't any available options to reverse an update after installing it onto the device. And we do apologize for the inconvenience. 

 

You can access our  AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool/ Galaxy S9 by selecting Apps in the Device/Software Issues section and follow the prompts to help get your calendar and messages back on track. 

 

You can also look into 3rd party apps that would best accommodate the android device features as well.

My 2nd gen galaxy s9 plus thinks it's a Motorola g6 or something. And it has all apps and connections not working at random times.
