Samsung Note 4 NEVER ON LTE, only on "H" or "H+"

I have a Note 4 now (which I just got) and coming from a Nexus 6P. Long story on why I made this move...but with the 6P, I was able to get LTE speeds and now with my Note 4, I can only get H or H+ speeds. I got the sim changed to a micro sim (what the note 4 uses), got the IMEI registered and been to the AT&T several times...all to no luck.

I have tried a number of APN settings from researching online, none seem to work. I'm in LA and previously got LTE, so what gives? Any ideas, would be greatly appreciated.  I can't stand the speed and may need to switch to another carrier. I believe this model is the factory unlocked version (international version).

Very useful to know. Thank you Adidas Kid! How much slow is H or H+ compared to 4G or LTE? I'm figuring out if I can survive like this...

I'm from the 808 and noticed that you have that in your name!

Using H or H++,it is very depend on how busy of the cell tower and the network.
Most of the time the speed is acceptable for checking email and doing Facebook.
808 is Hawaii Man Happy
My birthplace is not Hawaii, but very similar, that's why I put 808 in my screen name Smiley Wink
