Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra issues

apps crash
Camera won't focus even after the update this week
Youtube won't play videos over 360p unless connected to wifi (my wifi is 10Mbps DL 0.96UL, my cell service is always 85Mbps DL and 35 Mbps UL)
I always have full 4GLTE bars
Most of the time photos won't send, and if sent to an iPhone, no matter the quality, they're extremely blurry. I can send full screen, and 3:4 108MP photos on snapchat to the iPhone no problem.
My mobile hotspot doesn't work. It says I need an eligible plan, even though I have the Elite plan 100GB. And it says 30GB hotspot. Wouldn't be surprised if my HBO doesn't work either
I work nights so I can't go to my local store except on weekends, when the store is packed, I'm 7th in line and it takes 45 minutes to get to person number 1.
The credit check to get my phone was a joke, I have 0 credit but apparently its excellent and I didn't require a down payment.
Also was told by the store manager one day, and the highest ranking associate the next that a phone payment plan and bill would boost my credit, which it doesn't. Att sells your debt in a heartbeat if you default though. What happened to the ATT I use to love and standby? Anyways, rant over, troubleshooting tips would be nice. I've already tried restarting the phone, deleting the app data and disabling the apps. Resetting network settings and APNs.
The price tag and specs do not compliment what the phone actually can do IRL. It's snappy, fast.. and looks alright, although the 60hz mode looks like the first Galaxy S, my S5 looked smoother. Also wish we could go 1440 120hz, there are other phones capable. Why have such a big ram if it's not being utilized to its max potential. Why only 60fps? So many questions for this heavy paperweight.

I have a new s20 ultra att It has great difficulty answering phone calls.I miss 50% of the calls. Is this phone different than my old s9 s7 ?

the problem is never when the 2 big circles on the bottom are in play. Green on left red decline on the right. It is only when you are in any application and the answer options are on the top in words
