Samsung Galaxy Note 8 - Sim card not Provisioned
Received my Note 8 9/7/17. I am unable to make calls on the phone. I get the message Sim card not Provisioned. I upgraded from a Note 3 and that phone no longer works either. Same message.
The sim card is activated. The phone shows on my ATT account. Took sim card out and put back in. Turned phone on and off several times.
I can't call support. Chat is offline. I have this amazing beautiful phone and I can't use it.

I am sorry you are having trouble with your SIM not working correctly. I am elated to assist with this.
The first thing I am going to suggest is going to att.com/activate to and filling in the info just to double check the activation. If you still have trouble after that, please try our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. After opening the link, please select your make and model of device. Next, please select SIM card under Device /software issues and follow the prompts to start the troubleshooting. Let me know if you have any questions!
