Same group list on different phones creating different group calls?

So, seven of us have this app and have all created a group with the same seven members, but we've each created the group on our individual phones. When we each key up the group chat, it sometimes tells the members they've missed an alert from a different group. But it's the same group of PTT phone numbers on each group list/phone. Is there a way to fix this? I hope it makes sense.

It’s the AT&T EPPT app on an Android phone.

Have you tried reinstalling the app on the devices that are getting the notifications of a missed alert from other groups?

 

 

If you haven't, try to reinstall the app. Also, you can reset your network setting on the device. To do this, go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
