S8+ will not carrier unlock
I have an art galaxy s8+ i purchased from a third party outright.
I requested a carrier unlock code from att and was approved.
When I input the code on the carrier unlock prompt it tells me my unlock code is invalid .
I requested the unlock code a second time just to ensure I had the correct code . The request was approved once again and the exact same unlock code was provided so I am assuming the code is correct .
I have tried using a different sim as well as accessing the unlock prompt directly using the phone dialer. It continually tells me that my unlock code is not correct.
I have verified that the imie number matches exactly on my unlock request.
What is my next coarse of action?
