Returning the Defective Phone to AT&T, doesn't reach the warehouse
I have a LG G3 replaced as it has a defective screen, i recieved my phone replacement and sent back the defective phone on the same day i received the phone with USPS and i took the mailing certificate by paying 1.30$ as a proof that i sent the package back to AT&T, i am worried that on the tracking website that the status shows the phone is not returned yet.. i posted it on 4th Feb and today is 11th Feb its been 7 days and no update yet on the newgistics site, i have read so many cases where they lost the return shipment!! i even insited to provide me with tracking number from USPS that they said they cant assign a tracking number to that package.
Please some one let me know what are my next steps and what need to be done.

I have sent it back to ATT warehouse not to LGs, as the phone was replaced by ATT, i sent it back to ATT, i have the tracking number from Newgistics but that shows not recieved in warehouse.

Hello! @vamsikatragadda Thanks for posting your concerns. It can take several extra days for the returned phone to get scanned back into the warranty warehouse system once they’ve received it. So we can look into this, Please send me a Private Message with the following information:
Your cell or account number
Your full name
The best date and time to contact you

finally my phone reached att warehouse, after i complained to att they cchecked and found the device in warehouse, but the newgistics courier still shows it as not received but i have a call from att states that i need not to worry as the device is returned..
thanks to all who replied to my concerns..
