Hello @BHV365,

I am sorry to hear your LG G Flex is not connecting to the internet since you preformed a hard reset on it. I will be more than happy to help!

Since you are able to connect to your home Wi-Fi connection, you may want to try forgetting the network, and reconnecting once more. This way we can make sure the phone is connecting consistently. You will want to power the device off for about a minute before powering it back on to help refresh the phones connections.

I highly recommend checking out our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool for additional steps to help narrow down where the issue is coming from and help resolve it. Make sure you are logged in and select your specific model too, for the most accurate troubleshooting.

Let me know if these steps help! Have a great day!

Hi there @BHV365,

I am glad to hear your Wi-Fi is working on your device! I regret to hear the back camera is not operating for you. I will be glad to help!

May I know what happens when you try to use the back camera? Does it give you a black screen or does it freeze the phone?

I hope to hear from you soon!

 Hello @BHV365,

Thank you for going in-depth with the issue!

Sometimes restarting the phone by pressing the power button down until you see the Restart option can help refresh the device and clear out any software issues your phone may be temporarily having. You can also download a third-party application which utilizes your camera to see if the camera application itself is causing the issue.

Checking your software is up to date can help improve your device’s functionality. To check for any software updates, you will head to Settings > General > About Phone > Software Update > Update Now.

Let me know if this helps!

I have done all of this.
1. No updates at all.
2. I have restarted my phone more than 6 times
3. I have used Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, all sorts of others and no
luck
I am thinking it is a hardware issue but no warranty to get this issue fixed
