How can I restore my QuickMemo+ back on my phone? It stopped working about 4 weeks ago and I tried updating it 6 times and I still can't go back on it to look at information that I stored on it!

  • Have you tried deleting then re-downloading the app to see if it functions?
  • What cellphone are you currently using at this time?
  • Have you received any error messages when trying to access the mobile app? If so, what does it say?
  • Have you checked the play store to see if the app is still available to use on your device?
