Pure Edition Moto X (2nd Gen) LTE support
Even though the Pure Edition Moto X (2nd Gen) supports LTE, the IMEI number is NOT recognized when I go to the BYOP page. This is a problem, because I cannot reliably use LTE on my new Moto X even though I was using it just fine on my 1st Gen Moto X. Furthermore, none of the agents I spoke with are familiar with this problem and the only fix I've seen elsewhere involves fooling AT&T's network into thinking you have a different phone.
This is unacceptable!
AT&T needs to communicate with Motorola and make sure AT&T customers aren't punished for choosing the phone they desire. Motorola has released a software update enabling the bands that AT&T requires for LTE. Now the ball is in AT&T's court.

you should just have them use the imei on the old phone. I never give them my imei for that reason.
