Problem With Unlock Samsung G975U

I was trying to unlock my phone since two weeks ago.

And on every time I try I get same error

"Looks like we're already processing a request for this IMEI. Check your request status for more info."

Its seem there is other request submitted before me.

what can I do or how to cancel the request

you cant cancel it you can only wait for it to time out, im guessing you bought the phone used
