Poor Customer Service
for the past four hours I've been attempting to get the correct information for setting up new service it all started at Walmart I was told I had to make a $600 deposit couldn't figure out why so I called customer care customer care I explain that to them they sent me to billing I spoke to Noah I was transferred to Noah who is in loyalty department I was on the phone for 20 minutes with him after speaking with him for those 20 minutes he found out I was approved for 5 lines with no deposits they said in order for me to take full advantage of it he said I would need to go to a corporate store go to a corporate store they told me know where to get extra discounts and avoid activation fees or any upfront fees at all I would need to do it online so we tried doing it online the customer service in the in the text or chat area found it said yeah you were approved for 5 lines or thing I would have to pay was for taxes on a free phone which made no sense to me so for the past 3 hours no one has been able to find my account no one has been able to tell me anything as to what to do I was told I would have to pay no upfront fees no deposit from two different departments and now no one seems to know what's going on this is rather confusing and frustrating I need assistance from someone that knows what's going on....
