Please Help can't upgrade :(

Hello, I Bought LG Optimus G Pro on ebay. I'm an internetional buyer so i transported it to my country and unlocked GSM. Now when i click on software upgrade it says that my phone isn't registered yet. What does it mean?

you have to have a ATT sim in it and be on ATT's network for it to upgrade if its a true ATT phone.  So in other words no upgrades unless you root the phone.

nope you have to be on the ATT network here in the US to get it to work.  This is the problem with buying carrier branded cell phones.

You won't be able to use AT&T's over the air update. If you search for it, you will find methods and downloads that would allow you to flash the current stock AT&T firmware onto your phone directly.

Search for something like: "lg optimus g pro" flash stock AT&T firmware

Flashing firmware in this way is risky and it's possible to render the phone unworkable, so proceed at your own risk and with caution. It also invalidates any warranty you might have on the device. Given your situation, if you want the update this is really your only option.
