Phone unable to make outgoing calls.
Hey guys, I have an issue where my phone can't make outgoing calls. That means I can't make calls to the att phone support line. The physical att stores i've gone in to always tell me they can't do anything, and I have to call the tech support line, so I'm stuck.
The att chatbot unfortunately doesn't help either, and my parents who I do not live with and am in a physically different location from are the account holders. I'm really stuck and anybody who knows any way to talk to a real person at att besides through the phone because that's the issue, please let me know how.

Please check the imei of the phone.

I entered in the imei and it let me go through to account creation. The thing is that it's not just my phone, it's other phones too, including my old phones that i've used before none can make outgoing calls. Just says "your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and try again", but that doesn't make sense it's any number, any combination, and numbers i've been calling for years, none work.

I'm 100% sure it's an issue on the carrier side and I can't get ahold of a real person is my problem

Hey att help. I have a pixel 6 pro and I am in Greenfield WI 53220. It happens on my old phone too, that was working for years. The issue is for a few months now and it's been in many different areas too if that helps narrow it down.

I actually was able to get my parent's account info and when I try to create a support ticket it's just saying "
Oops! We hit a snag and didn’t create your help ticket. We're aware of the issue and are working to fix it.
In the meantime, feel free to contact us for more help.
Call us at 800.331.0500, Mon-Sun, 7 am-10 pm"
I can't call that number though as that's the issue lol

Okay so if you spam the att chat bot with REAL PERSON it eventually will connect you to someone. Really bad design imo, that being the only way to get ahold of someone, but they were able to resolve my issue once I finally got ahold of someone
