Phone Screen won't turn back on after going to sleep
I bought my phone, a ZTE Blade Spark, 4 days ago, and yesterday the screen randomly went dark. I haven't dropped it. There's no damage to it at all and I haven't spilled anything on it. I assumed it was just my phone going to sleep. I tried to wake it up and the buttons at the bottom light up but the screen does not, so I cannot access my phone. If I hold down the power button and make the phone restart, the screen does light up and I can get into my phone and everything else works fine, but as soon as it goes to sleep again I can't get back in. I need to restart my phone anytime I want to use it.

As long as the phone does not have any water of physical damage, and was purchased from AT&T you can exchange the phone within 14 days of purchase. If you purchased the device from another source, please check their return/exchange policy.
If it has been past the 14 days there is a 1 year warranty on the device. Please use this helpful article to learn more about the warranty, make sure to pick Wireless or Prepaid for the appropriate information. I hope this information helps, and please have a fantastic rest of your day!
