Phone keeps shutting down on its own daily

When you use your phone for daily activities, the random shut down can be concerning. I will be happy to assist you further on this matter!

I would suggest first performing a battery pull on your device. This entails removing your device battery for 30 seconds, then replacing. This can greatly assist in refreshing the phone system. When the device shuts down, are you using specific applications at the time? You may want to remove the recently downloaded applications on your device. You may want to clear external Cache on your phone. You can do this by following these steps. It is easy to accidentally perform a factory data reset, so be careful:

1. With the device powered off, press and hold the Volume Up, Home, and then press and hold the Power keys together.
2. Release only the Power key when you see a logo screen.
3. When the Android logo displays, release all keys ('Installing system update' will show for about 30 - 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options).
4. Press the Volume down key several times to wipe cache partition.
5. Press the Power key to select.
6. Once complete, you will be given an option to reboot your device.
