The most efficient way to see these records are on the desktop version of our website. Please make sure you’re signed into your online account. Then click on the Billing, Usage, Payments tab under the myAT&T tab at the top. Once you’re there, click on the Usage tab located in the middle of the page. Your lines of service will appear here, and you’ll want to click on View Usage Details under the line you want to view. You will then see a pop up window with your records. At the top, you can filter the results to show you call, texts, and data logs from previous billing cycles.

What about if you need your phone call recording that you did not record
In my usage log it only goes back to 2017 but I need the call & text log from 2016 when att quit including it in our paper bill. How do I get that info?
How can we improve?
