What is this? Everytime I turn on my phone I get a message saying Wi-Fi calling is available. Is this spyware?

I don't know what that code means, but you can turn on Wi-Fi calling and settings.

Hello jheadrick, we'll be happy to help you stop the Wi-Fi notifications.
Wi-Fi calling if a great feature, but we do not want the notifications to bother you. We are here to help!
What type of device do you have? Once you provide what type of device you have, this will help us determine what steps to follow to stop that notification. You can also use our Device Support page to help you with steps on how to disable the Wi-Fi notification for you specific device.
