OnePlus 7T (non pro) not connecting to 4G LTE

I have bought a OnePlus 7t, and I had switched from T-mobile to AT&T. I had no issues with connecting to 4G lte while on T-mobile, but when I switched to AT&T it would no longer connect to lte, just hspap (3G). When I manually switch the band to lte I have full bars, but it will not give me internet access. I have tried new sim cards in the store, new APN settings, and calling the centers, but no one can seem to give me a reason why it can't connect to the network. Does anyone know how to or why my OnePlus 7t doesn't connect to the 4G lte?

Hello, @zman_007,

Thanks for reaching out. To possibly connect with LTE on your device, you would need to change your APN settings.

Have a great week.

Do you have the North American model, a T-Mobile model, or a global model?
The North American model will work on Verizon AT&T or T-Mobile and does get voice over LTE as well as LTE coverage Straight Out of the Box

Your only chance is T-Mobile.

I had to go into AT&T and get a new SIM card, I had my previous one for years with all my other phones, and then it worked fine afterwards.
