My samsung watch keeps saying the numbersync code is unavailable

Allow us to assist. If you haven't already entered your 5 digit sync code you can locate it within NumberSync settings on your wearable.
If your issue persists despite the first step make sure to use our Device Support tool to troubleshoot your experience by restarting your device.
