Hi. I have an LG G5 H820 I bought new & unlocked from ebay. I was using it on MetroPcs & no update. Switched to AT&T yesterday and got the Nougat 7.0 update off the bat. It's about 1 gb big or so & took forever to download & update. It won't download without wifi &; it'd be a good idea to keep your phone plugged in.

then your not going to get the update.  ATT only provides update FOTA as the previous poster said as soon as the put in a ATT sim they got the update.

Nope. Att only updates devices connected to the att network in the USA. They are not going to change this anytime soon.
