Note 9 Pie Problem

My note 9 hasn't received the pie 9.0 update. I keep checking for software updates and it just says its up to date. My wife got it but i havent. I've tried restarting my phone, swapping sim cards with my wife and i went to the system apps and cleared the cache and data from Google Services Framework and still nothing. Idk what else to do.

I'm having the exact same problem and just cant seem to figure it out. Me and my ex are on same phone same plan same area. Shes gotten the update and couple other friends I know. However, when I check on wifi or not it just goes straight to latest version message.

I figured out the problem. As of right now i have the 9.0 pie update. I
noticed for some reason while looking through forums of this problem. When
you have a joint service of 2 in one line only one of you can get
updates[EX: My wife and I go through the same line and she pays our monthly
bills for our phones] Only one of the phones can receive updates, probably
the primary user of the carrier account. The solution that i found was that
your sim card is most likely defective. So what you need to do is swap sim
cards with the phone that recived the update. Once done check for a system
software update. If that doesnt work you will need to either keep the sim
card in your phone for a few hours until your device does a daily software
refresh check and update. If you are impatient like i was you will need to
Back up your phone using smart switch app on the Samsung website and
download it. Factory reset your phone while the sim card with receivable
updates is in your phone. Once done check for a software update again and
once updated, restore your phone using Smart switch.
